Berkshire Knowledge will generate a Statement of Work (SOW) inclusive of billable hours or days.  While an onsite engagement is welcome, we do encourage strategic advice and advocacy on a virtual basis as much as possible to help control costs.  

Once you have approved the SOW, Berkshire Knowledge would require your purchase order that would be referenced on our invoice to you prior to the engagement.
